Guided Meditation is not only for those needing to unwind, relax and quieten their minds – it is a developmental life and spiritual programme that gently guides and assists the participants to be more open to the healing benefits of colour and the advantages of grounding chi or life force energy into the body through visualisation. Connecting one to ‘Source’. It can be a great stress reliever.

Often when groups form and bond, participants feel they have a warm support group of new friends that mean a lot to them. Many groups run for years once established or until it comes to a natural end. Carol’s series is non-sectarian, which means it is open and accessible to people of all denominations and faiths, and it is for all levels of people too.

Carol introduces many concepts to the group e.g. the power of colour and its incredible energies. You are introduced to your inner male and female aspects of self and nurture the inner child too, which can have profound effects on people in a very positive way. You are getting to know self in a special way that you may not have been aware of before. You may be introduced to animal totems, guides and even angels that can bring one a deep sense love and support to you with there wonderful virtues. Carol guides meditation on many topics besides stepping stones through life.
