Zone Face Lift

Zone Face Lift

Before and After Photographs
Before Session 1 and after Session 12

Zone Face Lift works by freeing constriction within the facial muscles and the connective tissue. Native American healing, quartz crystals, holistic facial with hot towels are used to hydrate and nourish the skin, facial reflexology to release emotions held in the face, and advanced facial tools including Gua Sha, Rose Mushrooms and rollers to help ‘iron out’ wrinkles and stimulate collagen and elastin; tightening and sculpting the jawline, and helping to lift and reduce any puffiness. The combination of ancient and modern techniques can be offered as a single treatment or twelve-week programme to naturally lift the face and spirit.

All treatments use a specific Zone Face Lift facial elixir; Amethyst crystal-infused, with white poppy seed oil and Native American healing herbs; handmade by Ziggie Bergman. For sessions within the treatment plan that start with a facial; Neal’s Yard facial products are used too.

Zone Face Lift Massage usually shows results after the first treatment. People often remark that they feel tingles over their face as well as a radiant glowing complexion. As we work deeply on facial tissue, it increases oxygenation, nutrients are encouraged and the nerve supply stimulated; which results in skin that looks more contoured, fresher and (over a series of treatments) tighter looking. Regular Zone Face Lift treatments help to reform and sculpt facial tissue and re-programme habitual repetitive actions; such as frown lines. Some facial wrinkles could be seen as emotional scars as they are caused by a pattern of muscular movements over many years, which reflect one’s life experiences. It is not surprising that removing the effects of these emotional scars has more of a positive result than just the beautifying results.

Zone Face Lift…

Encourages lymphatic drainage and also helps to detoxify

Increases collagen and elastin from the inside out, plumping up skin and reducing wrinkles

Can help to eliminate pigmentation spots and acne and reduce puffiness

Can help to relax over-tight muscles in the face, neck and shoulders

Tightens and tones the skin in the face and neck

Loosens scar tissue

Stimulates superficial and deep layers of the skin, increasing cellular function and regeneration of body cells

Enhances skin condition… regular treatment may help to preserve youthful skin and soften wrinkles or fine lines

Encourages calmness and deep relaxation… both body and mind, resulting in reduced stress

Reduces sinus congestion by releasing air and mucous membrane in the sinus cavities in the facial and cranial bones… bacteria, airborne allergens, such as pollen, can get trapped and it can help to drain these areas

Improves blood flow into muscle tissue, bringing extra oxygen and nutrients, and aids the removal of waste products through the venous return… this helps muscles function to their full potential, keeping them toned and maintaining their elasticity

Stimulates sebaceous glands, which produce more sebum, and this helps soften the skin and also works as an anti-bacterial film that can improve conditions such as acne

Produces a warming effect, raising the skin’s surface temperature through increased production of heat created by vasodilation

Increases production of sudoriferous glands helping to remove waste and urea from the body more efficiently

Clears dead skin cells, leaving the skin smoother and softer, reducing puffiness, and breaking down localised fatty deposits

Stimulates the autonomic nervous system… peripheral nerve endings can be either soothed or stimulated, depending on the massage movements being used; this can be both deeply relaxing or invigorating, and tissues and organs in the body can be stimulated

Encourages lymph to flow to nodes, via effleurage and petrissage movements to help them to work at their best; kick starting sluggish ones
