Lorraine Simone White AoR

Lorraine is the owner and Director of Calmblue, starting Calmblue up in late 2011. Lorraine qualified as a Reflexologist at the Oxford School of Reflexology in 2000, and is also a Reiki Master Teacher; starting her Reiki journey in 2001. Lorraine also has qualifications in Finger Free Reflexology (David Wayte), Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) (Sally Kay), and Face Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Facial Cupping, Cranial Gua Sha and Facial Gua Sha – Stone Medicine (Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology).
Lorraine is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

Marie-Anne Cody BA hons, Bsc hons, MCSP, RCST
Physiotherapy, Therapeutic Massage, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Body Massage, Reiki Healing Evolve Energy Healing and Body Massage
Marie-Anne works with physical therapies as well as energy healing, and can combine them all as needed. She gained her physiotherapy degree in 1992, worked in the NHS for twenty years, and is a Chartered Physiotherapist. She tackles particular problems with therapeutic and deep tissue massage, physiotherapy, trigger point, myofascial techniques etc, as well as analysis of posture and normal movement, and is experienced in retraining normal movement for rehabilitation. She also offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and relaxation massage for issues such as stress and anxiety, as well as tight, aching muscles. Marie-Anne is passionate about energy healing and qualified in Reiki in 1997 and Evolve Energy Healing in 2017. She offers them on their own or in combination with other treatments. She also offers guided meditation.
Marie-Anne is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) for Massage and Physiotherapy and the Craniosacral Therapy Association (RCST) for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She is also a member of the PVG Scheme with Disclosure Scotland.

Nicola McDermid SMTO, AoR

Nicola offers a holistic approach to treating clients and, depending on their needs, this can be a relaxing massage using Neal’s Yard pre-mixed aromatherapy blended oils, or using light massage gel to work more deeply into the tissue. She is also an Emmett Practitioner (and a trained Emm-tech tutor) and uses a lot of Emmett light touch techniques alongside her massage to relax muscles and aid restricted movement, without causing pain or discomfort. Emmett can also be used as a stand-alone therapy and clients may remain clothed.
Nicola is a member of the Scottish Manual Therapists Organisation (SMTO) and the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). She is also a member of the PVG Scheme with Disclosure Scotland.

Alison Brown PhD, DSM, RMT, DARM, SMTO
Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Clinical and Orthopaedic Massage Therapy and Remedial and Therapeutic Massage
Alison has been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist for over twenty years. She has diplomas in Swedish Massage (DSM), Sports and Remedial Massage (RMT), and Advanced Sports and Remedial Massage (DARM). All conducted with the Scottish Massage Schools (https://scotmass.co.uk). In 2021 she also completed the theory section for the Diploma in Advanced Remedial Massage (ACMT) with Jing Massage (https://www.jingmassage.com), based in Brighton. In addition, Alison has attended courses and several workshops on Clinical and Orthopaedic Massage, and Techniques in Remedial and Sports Massage, both in Great Britain and the United States.

Amanda Kay

Amanda has been an Ayurvedic Face Massage practitioner since 2008 and also works with Ayurvedic Body Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reiki. Amanda has been teaching Yoga for over fifteen years, specialising in Slow-Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Will Sutcliffe BA (Cantab), PgDip, MBACP
Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Counselling
Will retrained as a counsellor in his late forties, after more than twenty years working as a professional writer. This experience of mid-life transition informs his work as a therapist, and has given him a particular interest in how to find meaning, purpose and balance in life. As a father of three and son of two ageing parents, he is also drawn to helping clients find a deeper understanding of family structures and intergenerational communication. Will has a post-graduate diploma in counselling using Transactional Analysis.
Will is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Shona Mathers PgDip
Shona trained with Human Development Scotland and is a qualified psychodynamic counsellor (PgDip). Shona has experienced significant loss in life which has deepened her compassion for others. She is drawn to supporting others with death, loss and bereavement including loss of health, relationships, work and how identity is influenced by different life stages. Shona has volunteered with CRUSE Scotland as a bereavement counsellor since 2023. She completed training with Creative Counsellors in 2025 and incorporates this into sessions where appropriate. She has also started training to work as a Death Doula with ‘Pushing Up the Daises’ and ‘Living Well Dying Well’. Shona has extensive experience working with people having worked as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS for 10 years.
Shona is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Dr Neil Milliken MbChB(EDIN) BCST BTAA DipCNM BDS

Dr Milliken was a registered GP for over 30 years and, although does not present himself as a private medical practitioner, utilises this valuable experience and knowledge in your sessions at Calmblue. He qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritionist nearly 15 years ago, previously specialising in working with cancer patients, and combines it with Kinesiology. Dr Milliken is particularly skilled as a Bowen Therapist, of which he has attended numerous advanced courses in and has around 15 years experience as a practitioner. His passion lies in bodywork and nutrition, imparting knowledge to others, so empowering clients to take control of their own health and to be the best versions of themselves.
Dr Milliken is a member of the Bowen Association (BTAA).

In understanding the dynamics of individual energy systems Pamela Jo maximises the connection to her client, more easily meeting their needs. Her aim is to provide the individual with rejuvenation, relaxation and peaceful mind, through channelling healing energy and holding unconditional love, raising vibration and removing energetic blockages.

Herbal and Functional Medicine, GAPS and Naturopathic Nutrition
Nijen is a Herbal and Functional Medicine Practitioner and a Naturopathic Nutritionist, and incorporates both therapies into sessions as required. Nijen is skilled at identifying root causes of chronic conditions and using dietry changes, lifestyle modifications and herbal medicines to bring relief from symptoms from complex diseases. She slso recently qualified in Nutrition for Cancer.
Nijen is a registered member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

Sheelagh Milne MLC Hom, MARH, R Hom
Sheelagh is passionate about homeopathy. She has been a full-time homeopath and flower essence practitioner since 2005, having graduated from the Lakeland College of Homeopathy in 2003. Following graduation, she completed a postgraduate year at the Integrative College. Sheelagh has studied with many eminent homeopaths from home and abroad and has written for international homeopathic publications. She has run many courses for beginners to experienced homeopaths and has taught at homeopathic colleges. “I love the magic of homeopathy, the potential of transforming dis-ease and supporting people through their personal journey. I feel truly honoured and privileged every day to have clients share their individual stories with me.”

David Paty
David lived in the ashram of a world-renown Indian spiritual master for over 10 years. It was there he discovered the power and relevancy of astrology, eventually becoming certified at the American Institute of Vedic Studies, founded by world acclaimed author and yogic scholar, Dr. David Frawley. Later, he furthered his studies with some of the most respected names in Vedic astrology including Dr. Bepin Behari, Dr. Dennis Flaherty and Dr. Dennis Harness, one time president of the American Council of Vedic Astrology (ACVA). Since 1992, David has published articles on astrology and read the charts of thousands of clients from all over the world and from all walks of life, helping them to understand the purpose of their lives.

Lucinda Torabi DSH, RSHom
Lucinda studied homeopathy at the School of Homeopathy in Devon. She has also completed a postgraduate diploma with the British Institute of Homeopathy and studied clinical nutrition. Over the past 25 years, as well as practising, Lucinda has taught and supervised. In the late 1990s she spent two years living in Sarajevo and running a training program in classical homeopathy. Lucinda enjoys working with children and adults alike, and welcomes patients whose symptoms have not responded to other methods of treatment.
Lucinda is registered with the Society of Homeopaths.

Lucila Machado
Lucila trained as a lawyer and teacher before she came into counselling. At the heart of her relationship to the world is the interest she has in people and their development, hence her interest not only in counselling but also in justice and teaching. As a teacher she developed deep and meaningful work with the children in her care, their families and the school community. Lucila trained with The Biography and Social Development Trust.
Lucila is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Rhoda Baxter FHT, MARR
Rhoda began her therapy training in 2007. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, Reflexologist, and Swedish Body Massage therapist. She also has qualifications in Reproductive Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) and Crystal Sole Healing. She is happy to combine therapies within a treatment session. With the client’s aims for treatment in mind, she aims to create bespoke therapy sessions for their individual requirements within a relaxing, nurturing environment.
Rhoda is a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (MARR). She is also a member of the PVG Scheme with Disclosure Scotland.
